Hey MABM you will not be disappointed by KG's tabata class. It delivers the same "high" as the cycle experience but in a very different and even more demanding way. You will use every announce of energy that you can muster and the pain/pleasure goes to every part of your body. I look forward to the class and to your reporting on the experience.
