It’s pre-dawn on Tuesday and I just wanted to wish you all a great week absent my bellowing and exhortations. I took my doctor’s advice and stayed away from spin for (gulp) 4 days. That was even hard to write let alone think. I will be in Florida for a half and half with ½ a sugar. No I will be on business and I will visit my sisters and vanishing father. I will however take at least 2 classes in Equinox Aventura, where as fate would have it The Evil Woman once inhabited. I go with no expectations except that with each pedal stroke I will think of my friends in the Lavender Palace. And I know you won’t comment but if you do please do.
